my story
I grew up between mountains, a climate as arid as it is simple, Lebanese grandmothers, a mother who loves that culture and a family that respects above all else sitting down to share good food.
I was born in Chilecito, province of La Rioja, Argentina, where there are many Syrian-Lebanese descendants who keep the customs of their ancestors alive. In Arab countries, food is closely linked to hospitality. I grew up believing in that way of loving.
But life had great travels and changes for me.
Between Buenos Aires and Los Angeles, we built a family. I like to think that there is a design, that the family is like the kitchen, it needs love, dedication and a great deal of courage.
In these pages I open myself before you, I offer what I know, a few of my own recipes, which over time are multiplied, simple, so that anyone can carry them out.
Cooking involves an inventiveness that makes me sleepy and brings me closer to people.
Today more than ever I know that food brings together, heals, shelters, cheers and to offer it is my way of hugging.
what I do?
Three years ago I discovered that I can share with people who enjoy my cooking recipes as much as I do. Every day I dedicate a large part of my day to making preparations, sweet or salty, to later share in my networks. I constantly search, research and test recipes that I think may interest you and serve my followers. Each recipe that I publish has my touches because I like to modify each recipe that I make with things that I think can improve it. Everything I cook I do with a lot of passion and dedication. My days are devoted to this, in addition to raising my two children. I hope you enjoy each of the published recipes as much as I do.
